Dr. Moss graduated from Washington University in St. Louis and then completed a combined MD/MBA program at Indiana University. After an internship in Indianapolis, he completed his ophthalmology residency at the University of Minnesota where he served as chief resident and was a recipient of the award for most outstanding research. He went on to complete a prestigious fellowship in cornea and external disease at the Cincinnati Eye Institute.
In addition to practicing comprehensive ophthalmology, Dr. Moss specializes in corneal and ocular surface disease. He performs cataract surgery, corneal transplants, collagen cross-linking, iStents, and other advanced anterior segment surgery. He has a special interest in the treatment of limbal stem cell deficiency.
In addition to his clinical work, Dr. Moss enjoys teaching and working with residents. He has authored textbook chapters, scientific articles, and abstracts, and has lectured at both local and national meetings. Dr. Moss is a board certified ophthalmologist and is an active member of the American Academy of Ophthalmology, the Cornea Society, and the American Society of Cataract and Refractive Surgery. He resides in Minneapolis with his wife and enjoys playing drums, tennis, and traveling in his spare time.
